    • Learn to discuss AI accurately and explore its informed use.

    • Compare AI tools and determine their suitability for specific needs.

    • Experiment with integrating AI into workflows to boost productivity.

    • Explore AI’s capabilities through use cases and workflows.

    • Practice creating effective prompts for precise results.

    • Develop habits to maximize AI’s benefits and identify potential biases.

2. Target Audience
Designed for professionals across industries, including:

    • Project managers overseeing AI/digital initiatives

    • Marketing professionals integrating AI into strategy

    • Operations managers optimizing workflows with AI

    • Content creators and communicators leveraging AI tools

3. Format & Methodology
A dynamic, participatory approach blending:

    • Online: Collaborative platforms (e.g., Miro) for idea mapping and co-creation.

    • In-Person: Group exercises, brainstorming, and rapid idea development.
Sessions alternate between brief presentations, hands-on simulations, and group discussions.

4. Workshop Content
Phase 1: Exploration & Framing (45 min)

    • Icebreaker: Mapping perceptions and expectations of AI.

    • AI Fundamentals: Definitions, real-world impacts, and myths.

    • Group Discussion: Current AI applications in participants’ roles.

Phase 2: Experimentation & Co-Creation (1h15)

    • Tool Comparison: Explore popular AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and their use cases.

    • Hands-On Activities:

      • Co-create AI solutions for workplace challenges.

      • Simulate AI-assisted workflows (e.g., content generation, data analysis).

      • Prompt Crafting: Structure queries for optimal outputs.

    • Group Debrief: Discuss limitations, opportunities, and ethical considerations.

Phase 3: Synthesis & Action Planning (1h)

    • Recap key insights and best practices.

    • Collaborative Action Plan: Integrate AI into daily workflows.

    • Experimentation Roadmap: Define next steps for AI adoption.

5. Logistics

    • Duration: 3 hours

    • Location: Online (via collaborative platforms) or in-person (collaborative workspace).

    • Materials:

      • Access to collaborative boards (e.g., Miro)

      • Visual aids, templates, and prompt libraries

      • Resource guide for post-workshop experimentation

6. Outcomes & Follow-Up
By the end, participants will:

    • Have practical experience applying AI to their work.

    • Co-create actionable plans for AI integration.

    • Gain access to tools and templates for continued learning.

    • Understand how to evaluate AI outputs critically.
